By logging into, registering for, or using the website and software services located at CheepCards, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 13 years of age to access the site.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Free tier accounts are subject to daily search limits and restrictions on saved decks.
CheepCards Pro operates on a recurring monthly subscription priced at $7.00 USD per month. All financial transactions and credit card data collection are handled securely by third-party processor Stripe; CheepCards does not store raw credit card details on its servers. Subscription prices are exclusive of applicable sales tax, which is calculated automatically at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Card data, images, and symbols pulled via external APIs (such as Scryfall) belong to their respective copyright holders, and Magic: The Gathering card names and imagery are property of Wizards of the Coast. The application structure, rankings, custom UI design, and synergy engines belong exclusively to CheepCards. You shall not reverse engineer, scrape data, or commercially exploit the site.
You retain ownership of your custom deck lists and user-uploaded data while granting CheepCards a license to host it. You agree not to upload unlawful material, use automated scripts to scrape card data, or generate automated queries that disrupt application servers.
The site integrates with third-party services, including Stripe for payments and the Scryfall API for card data lookups. CheepCards assumes no liability for downtime or errors originating from third-party providers.
The site and software are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheepCards' total liability to you for any damages shall be limited to the total amount paid by you in the past three months or fifty U.S. dollars ($50), whichever is greater.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access rights at any time for any reason, including breach of these terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to access the software will cease immediately.
All claims and disputes arising out of these terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You and CheepCards agree to a class action waiver and jury trial waiver.
